If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for a refund or exchange the product for another one.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in original, unwashed condition and in the original packaging.
Monogrammed Items Returns
Since monogramming is considered as customizing the product, monogrammed items cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned.
We’ll request a refund after we receive and process your return. If you paid by credit card your refund will go to credit card and can take up to 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Gift Returns or Exchanges
You can also return or exchange gift wrapped items within 30 days of the sale date. The item must be in original, unwashed condition. After we receive the item and process it, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser. The original purchaser will be notified via e-mail. Please call us or send an e-mail in order to obtain RMA number. Any monogrammed gift items cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned.
